Agreement to terms

By using this website or booking a consultation with Luxury Skin Electrolysis ("we," "us," "our"), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the site or our services.

About our services

We provide body electrolysis hair removal by appointment only, at 1103 A St NE, Auburn, WA 98002. Electrolysis results vary from person to person based on hair density, area treated, hormonal factors, and how closely aftercare guidance is followed. While electrolysis is recognized by the FDA as a permanent hair removal method, we do not guarantee a specific number of sessions or a specific outcome for any individual client.

Not medical advice

Information on this site is provided for general informational purposes and is not medical advice. Please disclose any relevant medical conditions, medications, pacemakers, or pregnancy to your electrologist before treatment, as these may affect candidacy for electrolysis.

Booking, cancellations & no-shows

Appointments are confirmed after your consultation. We ask for at least [24 HOURS'] notice to reschedule or cancel an appointment. Late cancellations or missed appointments may be subject to a fee — details are provided at booking. (Replace the bracketed policy above with your studio's actual cancellation window and fee.)

Age requirement

Clients must be 18 or older, or accompanied by a parent or legal guardian who provides consent, to receive treatment.

Payment

Pricing shown on this site is per session and is confirmed at your consultation based on treatment area and time required. We reserve the right to update pricing at any time; your confirmed rate at booking will be honored for that appointment.

Website use

The content, design, and branding of this site belong to Luxury Skin Electrolysis and may not be copied or reused without permission. You agree not to misuse the site, including attempting to disrupt it or submit false information through our forms.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Luxury Skin Electrolysis is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of this site or our services, beyond the amount you paid for the service in question.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Washington, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
